Creative Direction to me is memorable story-telling through visuals. It’s leaving a mark on the world, on something or someone. The goal is to provide perspective and let people make up their own minds. It’s simply to bring out a new angle, give them something to think about, tell a story - all through your experiences and narratives. Hopefully, it stays with them and that’s when you’ll know you’ve done a good job.

As an aspiring creative director, it is my job to be open-minded, curious, rebellious and self-aware. With 7 years of experience as a graphic designer, my professional work so far has ranged from sports, social media and marketing campaigns to branding, web and packaging design in the food, fashion and service industry. During covid, I also lent my skills as a consultant and design marketing specialist to various charitable startups.

Over the years, I’ve experimented with digital design, recently dabbled in the metaverse and exercised my photography, photoshop and copywriting skills extensively. I love new design challenges and there is nothing more satisfying to me than cracking a tough design brief.

 

I have a keen interest in music, art and culture. My passion has kept me curious, eager to learn and express my ideas using different mediums. Coming from a culturally rich background like mine, my practice so far has been about sharing it with others around me through art.
